Ted Lukecart

Founder & Principal Member

Ted Lukecart is the Founder and CEO of Atlas Construction Advisors, bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience in the trades to every project he leads. Known for his “client-first” philosophy, Ted prioritizes clear communication and a collaborative approach, specializing in simplifying the complex building process to align perfectly with his clients’ long-term investment goals. Ted’s extensive professional background spans the construction spectrum, including building custom and semi custom homes, large-scale home developments, commercial office buildings, industrial builds, hospitality refreshes, rebrands and Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), and retail build-outs. Ted holds several prestigious industry certifications that underscore his commitment to excellence, including LEED AP BD+C, Xactimate Certified Estimator Certification, OSHA 30 Hour & USACE 40-Hour Certifications. Under Ted’s leadership, Atlas Construction Advisors and its entities have earned a reputation as the go-to partner for disciplined project management and high-quality results. When not at work, Ted’s passions are travelling and riding his motorcycles for fun and in competition across Washington, Idaho and Oregon.

Erik Hernandez

Erik’s journey to the Atlas team is a testament to the power of a relentless work ethic and a “ground-up” mentality. Transitioning from a successful background in the food manufacturing sector, Erik traded industrial production for the world of construction, immersing himself in the trades with an eagerness to master every detail. Rather than relying solely on past successes, he chose to learn the industry from the foundation up, gaining a hands-on perspective that guides his decision-making today. Erik’s portfolio features landmark achievements such as the CrunchPak Office Building and the Cashmere Riverview mixed-use development. These projects stand as a testament to his ability to manage complex builds while maintaining the high standards Atlas is known for. When Erik isn’t on a jobsite, his world revolves around his family. He is deeply committed to making lasting memories with his wife and young daughter. Whether he is exploring local trails or simply enjoying the serenity of the nature around us, Erik carries that same sense of adventure and dedication back to his work with us here at Atlas.

Roselle Wood

Sales Manager

A Leavenworth native with deep roots in the Wenatchee Valley, Roselle is dedicated to helping clients navigate land acquisition and the semi-custom building process with absolute confidence. As a United States Marine Corps veteran and established local business owner, she brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented framework to every project. Since returning to the Pacific Northwest in 2007, Roselle has spent over 15 years of honing a keen eye for detail and high-level negotiation skills. Today, she leverages eight years of real estate expertise alongside degrees in both Interior and Graphic Design to provide a seamless transition from site selection to homeownership. Her steady diligence ensures that every client’s investment is protected from the ground up.

Angie Lukecart

Marketing & Bookkeeping

Angela (Angie) Lukecart is a key strategist and the Administrative Manager at Atlas Construction Advisors, where she has been a key player in evolving the company from their start in Consultation into a comprehensive residential build partner. With a focus on bridging the gap between project management and the personal experience of building a home, Angie spearheaded the development of the company’s end-to-end residential platform, a comprehensive system that navigates clients through land evaluation, site planning, and home design selection. Her framework ensures every project is tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle and vision. Outside of the office, Angie finds balance at home, enjoying quiet evenings with her family, pets and a good book or movie. She and Ted are frequent travelers and she enjoys immersing herself in new cultures and dabbling in foreign languages.

Grace Pixton

Office Coordinator & Social Media

Helping others is woven into the very fabric of Grace’s identity, defining both her professional approach and her personal life. At Atlas, assisting clients in building their dream homes is a personal mission as she hopes to build her own home one day. Grace brings a unique drive to our company that we are deeply grateful for. A Washington native and Cashmere High graduate, Grace earned her BA in English with minors in Spanish and History from Colorado State University. Her time at CSU was defined by a relentless work ethic and active leadership. She served as President of the Snowboarding Club Team and competed on the Volleyball Club Team while balancing roles in clerical work, hospitality, and equine care. This passion extends to our community where she volunteered at the Aletheia Therapeutic Riding Center. When Grace isn’t coordinating the Atlas office or planning her future novel, Grace is eager to meet the people who make the community so great. She welcomes you to stop in and say hi!
